Throughout my minor hockey career, I have been the only female player on eight of seventeen teams.

Why do you make a great Schulich Leader?

Through my experiences in various leadership roles at my school and within my community, I have begun developing the skills necessary to create a vision for the future and adapt to the present. As a leader, one of my main objectives is to enrich the experiences of others and empower them to recognize their own leadership potential. Within the team, I strive to be a trusted, personable colleague whom my teammates can depend on and be proud of. As a Schulich Leader, I think my greatest assets are my strong work ethic and intrinsic motivation to learn. As I embark on my post-secondary pursuits, I hope that in leading by example and seeking opportunities to challenge myself, I can grow as a professional and leader while inspiring others.
