What is a little known fact about you?
When I was younger I lived in Germany for five years. During this time my love of the outdoors was truly fostered. Not only did my parents value nature, take me on hikes, and expect me to play mostly outdoors, but I was also enrolled in Forest Kindergarten, a common alternative kindergarten in Germany. Forest Kindergarten meant spending every weekday out in the woods building forts, searching for frogs, playing and negotiating with other kids in the sun, rain, or snow.
Why do you think you make a great Schulich Leader?
I believe I make a great Schulich Leader due to my desire and ability to merge my skills with my passions. I have environmental and humanitarian goals, am involved in a balance of activities, and I seek out opportunities to learn from and connect with all types of people.
