Why do you think you make a great Schulich Leader? 
Through academics and leadership initiatives, I have inspired others to have confidence in themselves. My consistently high grades prompted many people to request my help. However, instead of immediately providing answers, I tried to help my peers understand concepts, leading to long term success as they became assured of their own abilities. In addition, through my involvement in several leadership programs, I encouraged others to become future leaders by emphasizing a welcoming, inclusive environment. Although I worked with numerous groups, my goal was always to build self-reliance in younger students and increase the sense of community at Bishop Reding.
