Why do you make a great Schulich Leader?

From the outside, I don’t look like a leader. Leadership is not the ability to put yourself at the centre of attention or to captivate groups of people. I played volleyball for ten seasons in high school and I can tell you that leadership is not how most team captains are chosen. Leadership is about knowing your stuff and being able to use your knowledge to help others accomplish a common goal, by teaching and encouraging. It doesn’t require a loud personality. I am an introvert and I am proud of it, because I am focused, I am dedicated, and I always educate myself in order to better help my teammates.
