What is a little known fact about yourself?
I simply LOVE animals!!!  We have a hobby farm at our house and when there’re animals that are sick, hurt or new born and their mother doesn’t want to take care of them, I sometimes bring them in my bedroom without telling my parents so I could more easily take care of them at night!
Why do you think you make a great Schulich Leader?
I think that I make a great Schulich Leader because of my determination and my unusual leadership. First, I was serious about my academic life throughout high school and I still am. I am managing my time wisely between my social, sport and academic life and I have my priorities. I am determined to have excellent grades at l’Université de Montréal and therefore become a great veterinarian. Second, my teachers once told my mother that I was the kind of leader that didn’t need to make big waves. They called me a silent leader which means I influence people by showing the example by encouraging and helping them at school, in sports and in my normal social life.  Finally, I recognize the opportunity that was given to me by being a Schulich Leader, and I really want to honour the name of this scholarship!
