Why do you make a great Schulich Leader?
I try to be the best leader I can be and aim to constantly improve myself. When I lead, I listen to my teammates and work with them. I am adaptable and will rework my plan to account for new problems. Also, I am thorough when I work to understand the problem and how to solve it.
