Judy Schulich

Judy Schulich is a philanthropist and advocate for education and healthcare in Canada. As Executive Vice President of The Schulich Foundation, she helps to guide the work of one of the nation’s largest private charitable foundations. This includes its premier program and the country’s most coveted undergraduate STEM scholarship, the Schulich Leader Scholarships program. Judy Schulich is also the founder of Schulich Builders, Canada’s largest skilled trades scholarship.

David Goodman

David Goodman is Vice President and Executive Director of The Schulich Foundation, where he leads initiatives designed to support the next generation of innovators, entrepreneurs, and skilled trades professionals. After beginning his career in nonprofit management with the UJA Federation of Greater Toronto, David joined the Foundation and has since focused on advancing its flagship programs, the Schulich Leader Scholarships and Schulich Builders: Scholarships for Skilled Trades. Beyond his professional role, he remains active in volunteer leadership roles within the Jewish community and youth sports.

Dara Newton

Dara Newton serves as Director of Canadian Operations for the Schulich Leader Scholarships. She brings more than a decade of experience in communications, marketing, and event management across both the public relations and not-for-profit sectors. Prior to joining The Schulich Foundation, Dara worked at UJA Federation of Greater Toronto as Marketing Manager for both the Annual Campaign and the Tomorrow Campaign. In this role, she helped strengthen community engagement, expand brand awareness locally and internationally, and lead initiatives that enhanced the organization’s digital presence and outreach.
